About Me
This is Who I Am....
I am a singer and pianist, with a Bachelor's degree in Music, Cum Laude, from John Cali School of Music at Montclair State University, New Jersey. I have been performing as a solo vocalist and pianist in concerts and events at various venues in New York City and New Jersey since 2010. As a performing musician, I focus on American and multi-lingual music, with a goal of combining entertainment with enhancing listeners’ connection to their own heritage, culture, and language. I sing World Music selections in the following languages: English, Russian (including Russian Romances), Ukrainian, Spanish, Italian, French, Hebrew, Chinese, Korean, German, Latin, and Yiddish. I perform songs in various genres, including classical, opera, crossover, pop standards, Broadway, and a little bit of jazz, as seen on my repertoire page. Since 2014, I have been composing and arranging my own music for voice, piano, and keyboard and I have traveled around the US showcasing my projects and original music. More recently, I have been composing inspirational children's songs and have published nine illustrated fun and educational books with accompanying music tracks, available at my online bookstore on this website. I completed a degree in Music Therapy with honors and I give adaptive and regular music lessons at my Discovery Music Studio.
I CAN BE BOOKED TO PERFORM IN AT YOUR EVENT IN NYC AND NORTHERN NJ:
- I can be booked to sing or play piano at private and public events, house parties, corporate events, banquets, cocktail receptions, fundraisers, art galleries, and memorial events. I sing accompanying myself on a portable keyboard, piano and guitar. I also perform with pre-recorded accompaniment. On the piano, I play easy listening and classical melodies.
- I can be booked to entertain at children's birthday parties (including of children with special needs). Party may include karaoke, musical games, singalongs, music appreciation activities and party dancing.
- I can be booked to present at a public or private disability or autism awareness event
